(Free seaming continued)
Composition is really about dealing with space first off isn't it?
The place I focus on starts out as an open field, limited only by the edge of my vision which is usually intentionally cropped into a "canvas"...
Dividing the space can be a beginning. Often is. Can then be the basis for arranging things. Can be the bare bones of a story.
So there is a shift here, a leaning. If I look at them together, a leaning away. Also a sense of going as the second set of seams seems to be a grid in perspective, the center panels seem a path. I like all these things especially the idea of stretching something somehow changing my perspective and giving me new eyes. That a shift is a new path. And that the wind might have blown my comfort zone off course. Nudged me into a small journey. That I might have created a sense of season.
Looking again and considering arrangement based on dividing space. Which seems now to have divided time.
