The storm watch is over. Seems the watching was more than the storm itself. Nothing much came of it. But I did enjoy the excitement of wondering and translating that to stitch.
The sun rose with a very cool wind, leading me to believe that this storm that really wasn't, was simply a whisper of autumn. It seems to have taken some of summer with it and everything just seems different today.
I will be off to mom's since the storm that didn't materialize kept me from going yesterday. We are still testing a few things. So as I stitched yesterday I did some talking while the Man fiddled with his camera. and his music and whatever else needled fiddling. At this point I am just counting days and continuing. Getting used to the idea of turning the camera on every time i sit down to stitch. Maybe I should just leave it on.
I am thinking a lot about transition. As I always do on the edge of a season. About how many small journeys change can be broken up into. See you later...
