
This morning, as I finally returned to another clearer sense of something, before coffee and the day's path to paying bills, I read this post. Recalling where I began on the journey into gift giving... remembering the feeling of being free from the stress of making a living. The day job days when the stress was simply dealing with assholes (mostly) . So today, I would like to give this away. What if I do that? And start the New Year right. With the fear of nothing. This piece is 14" square and stitched from scraps of self with a sense of tradition that whispers though me on a regular basis. It contains the longing to keep things close along with the urge to let go. It feels quite safe to hold it.
Sometimes, in cyber-space, the easiest way to get everyone together is simply names in a hat.
And the hat is FULL!
