The lessons for this class have been compiled from a previous online workshop and are listed below in the order they might be considered in learning these techniques. As you might know from my blog, I tend to approach things in a more informal format... so at the bottom of some of the lesson pages I did include some of the related what-iffing I did along with the class. These links are noted as "what if?" and might give you some extra ideas.
