this is my first experience quilting with silk. the fabric is a bit slippery to work with but quilts like a dream.
not just any silk....Glennis was kind enough to send me a few shibori scraps to use in the quilt.... fits amazingly into the lava....the fabric flows and the pattern flows and my mind flows into an addiction to silk.
the warmth is welcome because it is not warm here today.
