silk. i am in love with silk. the true spirit cloth. i've been collecting some. it is wild and elusive, it makes me feel good. i want to touch it. i want to sleep under it. i want to watch it drift. i wish it would do what i say but i wonder what it is trying to tell me.
...so i tried again. a challenge. the tiniest silk quilt. it wasn't easy.
...like all difficult things, regardless of outcome, every moment of the struggle, if it is done with love, is a journey worth taking.
