....looks like spring but still cold. a bit of inside time left so i guess i will finally get around to my christmas in february march. lots of stuff here. if you are expecting a package from me, it will probably be there soon. ha!
.....still planning beasts for fever and i am also in the process of
re-documenting a lot of old work. this one was one of my first lions,
a pillow, based on a lion carpet motif from fars. i am thinking i want to pick one shape
and vary it only in color and embellishment because i am after the
repetition seen in old textile borders. i am just playing at this point. maybe thinking of weaving the bodies.
