studio sunday part 2 - the lizards

(...just adding the second part of this post that kept disappearing this morning) ... the cabinet was a gift from nemo along with a bit of story...and i quote,,,"It's from Lombok, the island next to Bali. And it's made of some sort of bark. And the pair of lizards are geckos which are an island motif that appears everywhere there, especially on the facing cheeks of masks. As far as what it would have been used for though, strictly for tourist export like so much else of what is made in Indonesia. So them's the facts."
