...so i used the same method to fill in corner #2 except i made the squares smaller. about 1.5". corner # 1 used 3" squares.
...i had been thinking back to my notes about making the squares disappear which is still in my head. so the variation on this corner was centered around that concept, using a black and white patterned print for part of the the weft. the pattern distorts the square, by destroying the line of the frame. subtle but nice i think.

so it is back to the wall, pinning up a few new components and tomorrow it's a filler for corner number 3.
