cool nights but it is still greenish here, a strange confusing month, seems almost as if we might move into colorlessness without much drama. but october will prove me wrong. i remember. some fog cloth in process. since the copper pot and the oak stuff seem to produce a ghostly grey. that's good, i can use some grey to express a mood i am in. me ? moody? what? and if i wait long enough, i know there will be black.
it is warm too, humid and still. but the squirrels are hogging all the acorns.
something cold is coming for sure.

i suppose i will be putting some things in the shop this week. i don't even want to make a plan for that, so don't ask me what or when. i don't know. really i don't. my mind is a blank. fog like. it's just time to clear out some space for more wood. more wood.
