As usual I have swung back. Moods are a kind of like rocking. As long as it's that, rocking, it is probably OK. Probably while being in the back and forth it is always a good idea to keep the center within view. Not to go too far. Just a small journey to get outside of one's head is a relief. Especially when you've been in one room much longer than expected.
There are a lot of tack holes in this one room we are still heating for the-winter-that never-seems-to-end-but-it-will. I suppose I might have a great day if I just think about how lucky I am to have a room to heat with wood that has not run out yet. Walls to tack things on. And no one telling me I shouldn't do that.
A little patchwork then. Stitched by firelight. Tacked up in a warm place.
Like a problem solved.
