A quiet day, creating some new components with the pomegranate walnut brew. Now cooked down twice.
#1 is a handwoven cotton linen, I wove the sample way back, and it was wrapped around a tin can using a circle cut from a red onion skin and not heated enough to get color from the onion except for the very edge. 2 and 3, silk, folded and wrapped around a tin can, using some waxy leaves from the euonymus bush(which never gives any color)cut into circles for a resist. 4, a bit of indigo over rambutan rind on silk.
Hope you are having a good weekend.
