Winding Down

March is nearly over.

We can tell.

There's another Moon coming.

We can feel it.

I picture it ragged. Like me all things.

Have a good weekend.

No time for words today...

...always time to wonder...

Good thing a picture is worth a thousand words.

Late March Reflection

Sunrise.

Two fires burning.

It's 28 degrees this Spring morning.

And the birds remind me to sing about it.

After I stopped complaining I found myself imagining. How many ways to color a sunrise.

Imagining, stitching and even saying, they are like spontaneous singing to me.

Mat Cloth

Nine works so well for framing.

Because it has a center. 

This is the format I have used for a lot of the small pieces in the Sanity Series. In fact anything I put in this format immediately brings clarity of a sort.

It's like a cloth framing exercise. A Mat.

How striking this one looks now. Yet it redefines the Gallery Thing in a way, doesn't it? In the context of framing...softer, do you like it? I'm working toward a showing.
