So here comes the sun.
And the sense of warming that spring sun brings.
I like this picture above because of it's simple composition that includes the corner sun we draw as kids. Did someone teach us that?
I spent some time stitching on the Bird Robe yesterday. Just continuing with the quilting which never seems to finish. I've worn it for like 15 years now and it is still basted in many places. It's form as useful need not be finished in traditional standards and that thought is very key to my perspective these days.
And these days are becoming overfilled. I will be away from here, mostly, now until class begins in April. Some pics on Instagram. I'll be in touch with all you Rag-mates and Piece-makers as things evolve. And I'll be back here again full time with the new month when this place will again be a journal of days and the Gateway to Patchwork in Perspective/ part 1.
