Thank you Gisele for nine more stones....
The stones are rolling in faster than I can keep up with. I will have to change my strategy here, posting them in groups maybe once a week. Otherwise I will not have time to stitch. Which is the whole point, right? So after today, I will posting stones collected each week on Fridays.
A few more....
Thank you Els, Kathy D, Mo Crow and Ali.
Ha! 75!
Not much stitching to show, I jammed the joint on my thumb.

I started tacking the stones to a temporary cloth. just to see them together, to keep them in plain sight. I've numbered them on the back, which has me thinking, maybe I could stitch them on to the actual feather cloth as I receive them, in number order, as they arrive. Like stepping stones to something. Maybe a path forward.
I just added one from Lorraine..., 3 from Joan Turner, and 9 from Mary Ruth Smith... somehow I lost the one I made, so I will make another.

If the path before you is clear,
you are probably on
someone else's.
