...it is always nice to go down to the shore after a storm. on that first bright day. to see what has been tossed around. and i was looking for some new squares. the sand had washed right up onto the boardwalk, and i enjoyed how the swept away met the lined up and orderly . and, of course, at the same time, i was loving the mended square...
...then i caught site of the curved grid of the trash can and its fabulously distorted shadow that fell on the newly curved sand-scape. i thought about how a square can look different depending on your point of view. and i didn't fail to notice the edge it seemed to reflect the sky's indigo blue...
...and so naturally, when i got home, and looked at this little sample, i thought about that some more. now a new storm is brewing...
