Thinking out loud.
As a general composition then. What I see, no matter what I planned. The basic 4 patch, light and dark, my symbol for time. The rings form a basket. A vessel. An expanding self. The colored feathers form a butterfly. Wings being my symbol for reach, they extend beyond the rings we can see. And redefine the edge. Overflowing. They are a rainbow. My symbol for expanded vision. Which implies the understanding. The center is a heart secured with a safety pin. A place keeper. The magic nine patch held near and woven right through.
